Step 1 : es step me aapka my computer open krna h or properties pr click krna hai screen short ki trah....
Step 2 : jb aap properties pr click krenge to aapke samne aesi window open hogi esme aapko control panel ko open krna hai....
Step 3 : jb aap control panel ko open krenge to aapke samne aek new window open hogi esme aapko view by ko change krna hai....
Step 4 : view by me aapko category ko change krke large icons krna hai....
Step 5 : jb aap large icons ko choose krenge to aapke samne es trah k options open ho jayenge. enme aapko administrative tools ko open krna hai....
Step 6 : jb aap administrative tools ko open krenge to aapke samne aek new window open hogi. es step me aapko services ko open krna hai....
Step 7 : jb aap services ko open krenge to aapke samne aesi aek new window open hogi esme aapko down jana hai...
Step 8 : jb aap down jayenge to aapke samne windows update ka option aayega jise aapko open krna hai...
Step 9 : es step me aap dekh skte h ki aapka startup type automatic ho rkha h aapko ese change krna hai....
Step 10 : es step me aapko AUTOMATIC ko change krke DISABLED krna hai.....
Step 11 : disabled kr dene k bad me aapko stop bhi krna h to aap ese stop kr dijiye.....
Step 12 : stop krne k bad me aapko apply kr dena h apply krne k bad me ok kr dijiye ab aapka automatic windows update stop ho gya hai....
